Goal: Empower a solar company’s dealer network with an attractive portfolio of sales materials.
Duration: 5 months

A strong dealer network is the backbone of any sales-driven business. My role was to design collateral that stood out in the space and set us apart from every other solar company. We started at the national dealer convention.
SunPower prided itself in providing their salespeople with the best that technology had to offer. One of my first projects was to design a one-of-a-kind, interactive, iPad presentation that would allow customers to explore every inch of our solar products.
In addition to the electronic dealer presentation, we regularly produced physical collateral such as informational brochures, product catalogs, and tradeshow materials. We also possessed a library of high quality on-location images and product renders, shot by our internal team, that allowed us to maintain our brand look and feel while staying away from stock imagery.
Our B2B customers were extremely tech savvy, demanding exhaustive amounts of product data and specifications. It was my job to take dozens of Excel fact sheets and distill them into attractive and easy-to-digest presentations.
In my opinion, SunPower had some of the best marketing marketing in the space. Working alongside them to expand upon their voice and brand was a great learning experience.
